A dancer and musician since the age of three, Nikki has been performing on stage for most of her young life. In 2012 she decided to expand her performing horizons and venture into acting. Her on stage presence and demeanor has enabled her to easily transition to stage work.

Music

Ms. Hollyn is the best piano teacher. I have been taking piano lessons for over 5 years. I’ve played piano recitals at my school and often at my church.

I also really enjoy playing the trombone in the Triadelphia Ridge Elementary School band. Mr. Henley and Mr. Armstrong have taught me everything I know about playing the trombone. I even played it during an audition for a Broadway show!

I also play the guitar and ukulele and enjoy writing songs. I have written several new songs including "in the stars", "New Year" and "ordinary girl".

Excerpt from Triadelphia Ridge Elementary January 2014 Newsletter…. "Congratulations to Nicole Wildy for being selected to participate in the Howard County Elementary School Gifted and Talented Band! Nicole prepared and competed in a rigorous audition on trombone for this highly selective group. She will attend rehearsals for the next few months in preparation for a concert in the Spring. Again, congratulations to Nicole!"

Charitable Efforts

Worldwide Shelters - Raise Shelter, Raise Hope

Nikki raised over $1000 for this organization that builds shelters in disadvantaged countries. She asked her family and friends to donate money instead of buying her presents for her ninth birthday.

Smile Train

Nikki, along with her friend Leah, collected over $800 from their friends instead of presents when they had a joint roller skating birthday party in May 2011.
