2019 Rockettes Summer Intensive

Nikki auditioned and was accepted into in the 2018 Rockettes Summer Intensive.  She attended the intensive from July 29–August 3 in New York City.  At the end of the week Nikki received the Jeff Capitola Memorial scholarship. 

The Rockettes Summer Intensive (RSI) is a dance program designed for advanced dancers who want to train in the Rockettes style. Entering its 16th season, this summer dance intensive has produced more than 70 Rockettes.  The program curriculum focuses on original tap and jazz choreography from the Rockettes repertoire, and culminates in a student showcase performance in a New York City theater. This opportunity for dancers to connect with the professional dance world and study the world-famous Rockette precision dance technique is invaluable to the dedicated dancer.
